Two documents dated September 21, previously listed as PUB-000109 and PUB-000110, have been removed from the document library and timeline. The owner confirmed that they were unsent drafts, not correspondence sent to the Association. Their earlier publication labels stated that transmission was unverified; this confirmation resolves that uncertainty. The documents are retained privately and are no longer offered for download.
The authorities page previously described the petition for review in A Z N H v. Sunland Springs as pending when checked in September. It now reports the denial recorded in the Arizona Supreme Court's September 9, 2026 docket. The opinion summary also identifies its treatment of delegated authority and confidential information. Subsequent proceedings on remand remain unverified.
