01

No site analytics

The website does not operate accounts, forms, comments, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies, payment fields, credential collection, or Association portal embeds. Hosting and network-provider processing is described below.

02

Household details excluded

Enforcement data excludes names, addresses, lot or account numbers, stable household identifiers, faces, plates, house numbers, signatures, contact details, and household balances.

03

Do not identify households

Users must not use this site, its counts, or outside information to identify an anonymized household or target any homeowner.

Emails and letters

Protect personal details. Preserve the exchange.

Published correspondence removes the owner's and spouse's identifying personal information, residential and personal contact details, signatures, household account references and identifying comparisons. Medical and functional details are minimized through document-specific redactions. Professional names and roles of Association representatives, directors, AAM and counsel remain; individually reviewed business contacts may remain where relevant.

Generic references to an accommodation request, its procedural context and historical party positions may remain. Redactions do not guarantee anonymity, remove every inference a reader could draw, or authorize anyone to identify or contact an anonymized household. Some letters also omit selected passages for editorial or legal-risk reasons; those omissions are disclosed, not presented as the author's complete words.

Aggregate reporting

Exact counts. No household profiles.

Monthly reports show the actual number of notice rows in each generalized category, notice level, and completion-field group. The same exact counts appear in charts, tables, and downloadable CSV and JSON files.

Exact aggregate counts do not authorize disclosure of household details. The project excludes names, addresses, stable identifiers, exact household-level dates, and unusual descriptions that could permit reidentification.

Association records

Original documents stay unchanged.

Governing documents, the insurance certificate, and Association-level financial reports are available byte-for-byte as retained, without redactions or metadata changes. They may include signatures, corporate or professional contacts, insurance policy references, accounting codes, recording marks, and original legal descriptions.

Each catalog entry identifies whether the download is an unchanged source copy or a separately reviewed derivative. This does not authorize disclosure of unrelated private homeowner records or use of the site to identify or target households.

Website privacy

How the website handles information

Browser behavior

The site's pages use no third-party fonts, scripts, styles, analytics, ads, or embedded portals. A restrictive Content Security Policy limits page content and connections; it does not control browser or hosting-provider network reporting.

Private files

Private source records are stored separately from the website. Published copies use neutral document IDs; their download addresses do not expose private filenames or storage locations.

Reporting a concern

Use the corrections page and identify only what is necessary to locate the disclosure. Do not redistribute the sensitive material.

Hosting and delivery

Connection metadata is different from site analytics.

This site is delivered through Cloudflare and a web server. Hosting, security, and network providers may process connection metadata such as IP addresses, request URLs, browser information, and request timing to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare response headers may also ask a browser to send network-error reports. These provider functions are separate from analytics in the site's own code.

Access logging is disabled on the site's web server. That does not disable or control processing, diagnostic reports, or logging by Cloudflare, other network providers, or the browser. The project does not promise that a visit produces no connection records.

An email report is sent through your chosen email service and the project's mail provider, not through a website form. Include only the information needed to explain the concern; do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive records.
