Minutes, agendas, and duplicate copies are different things.

A new filename, later production, or different PDF hash does not by itself establish a substantive revision. Nothing is silently corrected or substituted in the retained originals.

Minutes in the library

Six retained records

Date discrepancy—not a confirmed revised version

January minutes: an unresolved printed-year discrepancy

The heading says January 14, 2025; the next-meeting entry says February 11, 2026. The library preserves the heading and identifies the document date as unresolved.

The separately retained January 14, 2026 agenda is not a second version of the minutes. A later agenda's reference to January 2026 minutes does not supply a corrected minutes file.

Duplicate and repackaged copies

March 27, 2025 minutes: repeated copies, not a demonstrated revision

The preservation inventory records two identical standalone copies and repeated minutes pages in privately retained exhibit and delivery packages. The comparison found matching extracted minutes text after spacing differences were removed. Those additional packages are not published here, so readers cannot independently repeat that comparison from this download alone.

Different hashes for the enclosing PDFs do not by themselves show changed minutes. The standalone minutes are linked below; the additional source packages and comparison history remain privately retained.

Reproduced agenda pages

January and June agendas: matching text in separate files

The January standalone agenda matches the extracted text on pages 3–4 of the produced agenda compilation after spacing differences are removed. The June general-session agenda matches compilation page 7.

The June download contains source page 2 only. Source page 1 is a withheld executive-session agenda, not another set of open-session minutes.

Confirmed agenda variant—not minutes variants

July 22, 2026: two different retained agenda versions

The one-page agenda and compilation page 8 have matching extracted text after spacing differences are removed. The alternate agenda has two general-session pages with different numbering and pagination. The comparison record also notes an additional executive-items block removed from the public copy for privacy; the content of that block is not public evidence here.

Both versions are cataloged separately. The site does not infer which version was used during the meeting. The July minutes are a different document type and are linked for context.

Matching text, separate delivery provenance

August 26, 2026: email attachment and compilation copy

The standalone August agenda matches the extracted text on pages 1–2 of the produced agenda compilation after spacing differences are removed. Differences in PDF packaging and link styling do not establish a substantive revision.

The standalone agenda is separately cataloged. Its receipt history is documented in retained correspondence that is not published here. The public copies omit meeting-access details and resident appeal identifiers.

Separately dated agendas and a repeat transmission

September budget work session: two dates, the same listed business

The September 10 and September 15 agendas both list quorum verification, review of the 2027 draft budget, a homeowner forum, budget approval, and adjournment. Their stated meeting dates differ. Joining information is withheld from the published copies.

The receipt history records two transmissions of an identical September 15 attachment. That history is based on retained correspondence that is not published here; one public download represents the attachment. These agendas do not establish that either meeting occurred or that a budget was approved.

Dated agenda comparison—not meeting minutes

September 23 and 30: a changed Old Business entry

The September 23 agenda lists “Design Guideline Revisions” under Old Business on page 2. The September 30 agenda instead says “N/A” in that position. Both list approval of the 2027 budget under New Business.

The meeting dates also differ. Both dated agendas are retained separately; neither establishes attendance, decisions, or whether the listed business was considered. Joining details and resident appeal identifiers are removed from both public copies.

Source limitations—not silently repaired

April and June minutes: incomplete entries remain incomplete

The retained April and June minutes contain incomplete entries. No alternative completed copy was identified in the reviewed material.

The July minutes state that approval of the June minutes was tabled. That statement alone does not establish whether this retained June file is a draft or an approved edition.

What this comparison establishes

This is an inventory finding, not proof that no other historical version exists. Comparison used file hashes, extracted text, and visual inspection of the reviewed records, including image-only minutes. The review did not exhaustively search image-only material in unrelated documents. Matching text after spacing differences are removed does not establish that whole files are identical or historically authentic. Receipt histories drawn from retained correspondence are identified separately; that private correspondence is not available here for readers to inspect.

Private source copies and comparison records remain separate from the site. Downloads identify their source IDs, transformations, and hashes in the document library. Report another version or a correction.
